Phone sessions

How phone counseling works

Sessions take place entirely by phone, giving you a focused, private space without the fatigue of being on camera. There is no waiting room, no link to click, and no screen to stare at—just a quiet, direct conversation from wherever you feel most comfortable.

Complete your intake paperwork and schedule your first 55-minute session. We'll set goals together and move at a pace that respects your readiness.

Questions

Are sessions only by phone?

Yes. All appointments are audio-only phone sessions. Suitability is assessed individually.

Do you take insurance?

I accept private payment. Counseling superbills are available for possible out-of-network reimbursement; coverage depends on your plan. Coaching is not an insurance-covered clinical service.

Who do you work with?

I work with adults and adolescents ages 12 and older from diverse cultural backgrounds who are navigating trauma, anxiety, grief, relationship challenges, and life transitions. I also support public-facing individuals, including athletes, performers, executives, and content creators, with the pressures of visibility, performance, and public scrutiny.

Ready to take the next step?

I offer a free 15-minute phone consultation to discuss your needs and whether my services are a good fit.
